Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

WYRAGO (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us for privacy matters at info@wyrago.com.

2. What we actually collect today

On aha.wyrago.com (the “Aha Moment” campaign): a visitor ID generated by your browser and stored in local storage (not a cookie); your answers to calibration questions and whether you said you “know” or are “guessing”; the persona-mix percentages you set with a slider; and, only if you choose to provide one, an email address. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels on aha.wyrago.com today.

On wyrago.com (this page): no data is collected. It is a static presentation with no forms, no analytics, no cookies.

3. Why we collect it

Visitor ID, dimension responses, and persona mix: legitimate interest — understanding which parts of our methodology are most relevant to visitors, in anonymous/pseudonymous form. Email address: consent — you actively choose to provide it, and can withdraw consent by asking us to delete it.

4. Where it’s stored

Hosted on Render, a US-based cloud hosting provider.

5. How long we keep it

Up to 24 months from your last interaction with the campaign, or until you ask us to delete it sooner — whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your data, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@wyrago.com to exercise any of these rights. Since dimension responses and persona-mix data are not tied to your name by default, we can only locate your specific records if you also provide the visitor ID or the email you submitted.

7. For UK visitors

8. For US visitors

Under California’s CCPA/CPRA — extended as a matter of practice to all US visitors — you have the right to know what personal data we hold, the right to delete it (contact info@wyrago.com), the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell or share personal data, and never have), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

9. Local storage, not cookies

The campaign uses your browser’s local storage to remember your visitor ID and which questions you’ve answered, so your progress isn’t lost between visits. This is not a cookie and carries no tracking/advertising purpose. You can clear it at any time via your browser’s site-data settings, which will reset your progress.
